Individuals who are motivated, hard working with great communication skills will excel in this field with continuous opportunities for growth.We are currently seeking driven, motivated, and goal-oriented personnel, proficient in all aspects of Fibre Splicing to grow with.In accordance with Wirecomm's standards and specifications, along with the policies and procedures of our diverse array of customers, the employee will be responsible for the splicing, testing, troubleshooting and documenting new build and existing fibre infrastructure. In addition, potential candidates must be able to understand and negotiate fibre splice packages for both Outside Plant (OSP) and all Internal Infrastructure on an end to end basis._____________________________________________________________________________________We are currently seeking skilled individuals with the following desired skill sets and/or qualifications:Fiber Optic Certificate or Equivalent Experience (2 Years).Well rounded professionalism with commitment to quality, initiative, and leadership Knowledgeable in Fiber Optic Systems for both Outside Plant and Inside Plant Proficient in Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Firm grasp of how to utilize test and troubleshoot tools (OTDR, LFD, Various Meters etc..) Experience with Building Splice Enclosures Experience with handling Loose Tube and Ribbon Fiber (Preparation and Splicing) Splice Fiber According customer/business partner provided details and specifications Completing As Builds per requirement and keeping detailed documentation Excellent Communication and Customer Relation Skills (Verbal and Written) Excellent time management skills Ability to deliver projects on time by predetermined deadlines Ability to work in, and adapt to, varied in field environmentsWe invite all interested candidates to send applications with resumes to the email provided in the ad.
