Position Overview:

As an F&I Manager, you will guide customers through financing, offering:

? Consumer Loans

? Home Improvement Loans

? Recreational Loans

? Personal Loans

? Bankruptcy Credit Building Loans

? Newcomer to Canada Loans

? Powersports, Marine & Recreational Finance Loans

You'll provide a seamless experience, building strong client relationships and ensuring timely, accurate paperwork.

Key Responsibilities:

? Present and secure financing options that match customer needs.

? Build relationships with lenders for optimal financing solutions.

? Promote extended warranties, service contracts, and other F&I products.

? Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.

? Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering long-term connections.

? Stay updated on financial products and industry trends.

Qualifications:

? Proven sales experience, ideally, but not required, in automotive sales.

? Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

? Customer-focused approach with professionalism.

? Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.

? Willing to learn and adapt to the F&I role through our training.

Pay: $55,303.68-$167,139.23 per year

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
