The F & I Manager available positions are located at 2522 Cedar Creek Rd, Ayr, Ontario with Leisure Day\'s RV Centre Kitchener, a subsidiary company of Leisure Days RV Group. Overview This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager who is passionate about customer service. with a strong focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge, clearly communicate product features and benefits, and who can confidently close the sale. Essential Responsibilities
  • Contract new business, sell and close deals.
  • Generate finance income on all sold customers.
  • Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance, or loan transactions.
  • Contract or collect all money at closing.
  • Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of leases, \xe2\x80\x9cballoons\xe2\x80\x9d, etc.
  • Assist in acquiring approval from lenders.
  • Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders.
  • Solicit extended warranty sales (aftermarket), handle all cancellations for extended warranties.
  • Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
  • Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle/RV and the overall ownership experience.
  • Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
  • Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
  • Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions and effectively closes deals.
  • Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local guidelines, prepares paperwork and contracts and delivers deals.
  • Guarantee the expeditious funding for all contracts.
Key Qualities & Qualifications
  • Valid G Driver\'s License and acceptable driving record
  • OMVIC license is a definite asset and highly recommended.
  • Working knowledge of automotive sales and financing aspects
  • Self-motivated, energetic and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly attitude and positive team participation skills
  • Above average computer skills and technically savvy, and extraordinary verbal / electronic / written communication skills
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Expertise in negotiation and presentation
  • Punctual, organized, honest, eagerness to improve.
  • Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
  • Proficient in structuring deals for maximum profitability
  • Well-versed in title laws and registration process
  • RV industry experience, management experience and/or service writing experience are definite assets and highly preferred.
