We are seeking a compassionate and skilled clinical nurse to join our healthcare team. The RPN will work as part of a highly-skilled and productive interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient-focused care. This is an opportunity for a clinical nurse with interest or experience in fertility nursing to provide patient-focused care in an environment with a diverse client base.

Role Responsibilities:

-Collaborates with a team of Physicians, Nurses, Technicians and Admin (as required)

as liaison between staff and patient(s).

-Communicates, counsels, educates, and supports patients throughout their fertility journey.

-Administers fertility protocols and treatments as prescribed by physician, including teaching/administering medications and injections.

-Understands the emotional aspect of fertility, and maintains confidentiality, security of records with patient information.

-Utilizes electronic health record systems (Oscar) for accurate documentation.

-In charge of treatment monitoring, STIM sheets, scheduling procedures.

-Contacts patients daily with results and instructions

Requirements:

- Proficient in English and Mandarin

- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Nursing experience in fertility preferred but not required (open to new grads with extensive backgrounds)
- Proficiency in medication administration techniques

-Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

-Experience in IV/venipuncture an asset

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information:

We are hiring a full-time contract nurse (8 months), with the potential for the role to become permanent. We are also open to part-time roles for the right candidates Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts) Salary: Commensurate with work experience
