Responsibilities
Set fence posts accurately (layout, dig/auger, set, level, concrete as needed)
Load/unload materials and keep the site clean
Work safely and keep pace with the crew
Travel within the island
You are
Fast, reliable, and physically strong
Comfortable working outdoors all day
Able to lift heavy materials and use tools safely
Fence experience is an asset (we will train the right person)
Pay:
Based on experience + performance
