Crew Lead

-- someone who knows their way around tools and framing and is ready to step up.

What We're Looking For

Carpentry/framing/reno experience (3+ years preferred). Confidence with tools (saws, drills, nailers, levels, etc.). Leadership ability -- you've run helpers or small teams before. Pride in your work: you care about things being straight, square, and solid. Valid driver's license + reliable transportation.
What You'll Do

Lead a small crew on fence and deck builds (training provided on our systems). Work directly with clients & supervisors to deliver top-quality jobs. Ensure sites are safe, efficient, and professional. Grow with us as we expand into premium waterproof decking systems.
