30 Minute Hit is a fast paced, action packed boxing/kickboxing & self defense based circuit style workout designed just for women. We're looking to add to our already amazing team, for 2-4 shifts per week (10-20hr weekly.) We are looking to fill both morning (6:45-1:15pm) and afternoon (3:15p- 8:15 PM) shifts. Must be available for Friday evenings, 3:15-7:45p, Saturday mornings, 9-1pm or Sunday mornings, 9-1pm throughout the month. We are currently hiring a weekend trainer for the SE location.
What you will do :
• Consult and understand members' needs and goals, and help them through the registration process- making sales;
• Support and motivate members while maintaining a positive and empowering environment;
• Passionately teach and demonstrate boxing, kickboxing, and self-defense techniques;
• Keep members engaged & satisfied, while putting the members' needs first.
• Embody the 30 Minute Hit mission to Hustle, Inspire, and Trust
• Additional tasks such as phone/email follow up, updating client information, cleaning & restocking, etc. as needed.

Requirements:
• Must be willing and eager to physically train and continuously improve personal skillset
• Sales experience welcome
• No training experience needed - we'll teach the right candidate all they need!
• Background checks required
• Position is physically demanding and requires the ability to perform & demonstrate various technical skills as well as be on your feet for a duration of shift walking, running, bending, stooping, lifting, & twisting.
