Our head office and warehouse are located in Calgary, AB. We manufacture and sell aluminum trim systems for lap siding, fiber cement panel and aluminum composite materials (ACM), primarily in the United States and Canada. Our products are cutting edge technology and highly innovative. With many patents in place or pending, our Company has laid the path for our bright future. To support our fast growth, we are looking for a highly energetic, assertive, structured intelligent Administrative Assistant to join our team.

You will work from our Head Quarters in Calgary SE, you will be a member of our LEAN Operations Team. You will be providing administrative support to three members of our executive team, helping our business grow and gain valuable experience in a thriving innovative business.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Provide administrative and project coordination support to the executive team

Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings

Draft letters, reports, and other documents

Review and relay information pertaining to internal and external documents

Compile data, statistics, and other information for reports

Creating PowerPoint presentations

Develop and manage spreadsheets of data

Assist with managing budgets and expenditures

Tracking projects

Review and assist in planning and implementing projects

Assist in allocating project resources

Assist in defining project scope, goals and deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS



Ability to multi-task, time management and organizational skills required

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Outlook

Excellent communication skills

5+ years of work experience with administrative assistance (preferred)

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

COMPENSATION

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
