We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth across various sectors including B2B sales, technology sales, and retail sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for customer service, and experience with CRM software such as Salesforce. Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits
Develop and implement territory management strategies to maximize sales potential within assigned regions
Generate leads through various channels including direct sales, marketing campaigns, and referrals
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while upselling additional products or services
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and develop action plans for continuous improvement
Experience
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong background in account management, territory management, and lead generation strategies
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships
Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication and presentation abilities
Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required
Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and perform upselling techniques effectively
Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and develop strategic plans for growth
Prior experience in managing large accounts or complex sales cycles is preferred
