Feed Order Production Coordinator - 12 month term

Your days will include:

Receiving bin inventories, entering/maintaining data in iHogs/GP, making feed order decisions based on farm bin inventory, optimizing mill and logistics efficiency. Making recommendation to Supervisor & Solutions on improvements to program, ensuring all background data is accurate & up to date. Aiding in month end counts and weekly inventory counts. Maintaining stock of supplies (office, spare parts, etc.). Updating records for reporting purposes (HACCP, med reconciliations, feeding plans, vet scripts, feed tags, etc.). Liaising between barns, production and logistics (assisting those who have this as their main job function). On call contact for feed redirects, production changes & farm site emergencies Other duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

Critical Thinking Strong Communicator (written & verbal) Detail Oriented Adaptable Organized Ability to prioritize Experience in Microsoft Office applications 1-year minimum experience in Feed Admin role Minimum Grade 12 Diploma
