We are accepting applications for a Feed Mill Supervisor at our Topsail Road location. Under the direction of our Feed Mill Manager, this position is tasked with ensuring the safe, effective and efficient operations at our Feed Mill which includes our grain storage and handling facilities at Cochrane Pond and Long Pond.

You will assist in planning, organizing and directing production and employees to meet optimum efficiency while complying with OHS, HACCP policies and regulatory standards. You will supervise employees and manage job performance to ensure orders are produced and delivered as required. Other duties will include assisting in managing projects, continuous improvement, supply logistics and overseeing equipment maintenance.

If you are highly motivated and have excellent leadership skills this could be a great opportunity for you. You will have post-secondary education in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering Technology, food production or another relevant field supplemented with 3+ years supervisory experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to work successfully as a team member are essential. Previous experience in a manufacturing or food safety setting would be considered highly valued assets.
