.We are looking for a
Restaurant Supervisor
to join our team in Toronto and help us maintain high-quality operations, customer service, and leadership within our growing brand.Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow Lead, train, and motivate team members Handle customer service and resolve issues efficiently Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are respected Manage opening and closing procedures Support management with inventory and staff scheduling
Requirements:
Experience in fast food or quick-service restaurant (QSR) required
Previoussupervisory or team leader experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills Reliable, organized, and proactiveValid work permit or visa required
(must be legally allowed to work in Canada) Bilingual (English/French) is an assetOpportunities:
Possibility to apply for the French Mobility Program (Mobilite Francophone)
after 3 months of successful experience (for French-speaking candidates). This is aspecial Canadian immigration program
that allows French-speaking foreign workers to obtain along-term work permit
and eventuallypermanent residency
, outside of Quebec. We have already successfully completed this process with previous employees. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
