Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
Lead, train, and motivate team members
Handle customer service and resolve issues efficiently
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are respected
Manage opening and closing procedures
Support management with inventory and staff scheduling
Requirements:
Experience in fast food or quick-service restaurant (QSR) required
Previous
supervisory or team leader experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Reliable, organized, and proactive
Valid work permit or visa required
(must be legally allowed to work in Canada)
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
Opportunities:
Possibility to apply for the French Mobility Program (Mobilite Francophone)
after 3 months of successful experience (for French-speaking candidates).
This is a
special Canadian immigration program
that allows French-speaking foreign workers to obtain a
