Required skills:

- Necessary experience: High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent experience.

- Professional experience: At least two (2) years of experience in food preparation.

Tasks :

- Organize and direct the operations of the restaurant.

- Inspire a team, instill a sense of pride, and create a culture that helps deliver the world's best Quick Service Restaurant experience.

- Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for the guests and the team and implement operational procedures as needed.

- Manage and lead a team of Managers and Crew Members: set schedules, monitor performance, etc.;

- Participating in local events that positively impact on your community.

- Uphold the renowned cleanliness methodology.

- Build sales and profits, which in turn build the worker's value, professionally and financially.

- Any other related tasks.
