As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing personalized styling services, assisting customers with their selections, and ensuring that the store is well-merchandised and stocked.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients and understanding their styling needs. Assist customers in selecting products that suit their preferences and lifestyle. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Maintain an organized and visually appealing store through effective merchandising techniques. Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Perform stocking duties to ensure shelves are replenished with merchandise. Utilize POS systems efficiently for sales transactions and inventory management. Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Maintain effective communication with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Experience in retail sales, preferably in an apparel and luxury store or similar environment. Proficient in basic math and retail math for accurate transaction processing. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction handling. Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work atmosphere. Experience in merchandising to create attractive product displays. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
