Responsibilities:

Provide guests with personalized shopping experiences and exceptional customer service Utilize Suzanne's Customer Service Experience Sequence to greet and assist customers Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure smooth store operations Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment Stay informed about Suzanne's fashion trends and new merchandise arrivals Cultivate relationships with guests to foster a loyal customer base

Requirements:

Previous sales experience in women's retail fashion, with the ability to work independently Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, and perform light housekeeping duties Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for exceeding sales goals Experience with meeting sales targets is an asset Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
