Responsibilities
Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team
Oversee merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and presentation
Handle purchasing, inventory management, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability
Manage payroll, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks with accuracy
Utilize POS systems effectively for sales transactions and reporting
Implement marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase store visibility
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide coaching, and facilitate team training & development
Monitor sales goals, prepare reports, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills
Maintain a clean, organized store environment that aligns with safety standards
Skills
Proven experience in retail management or store supervision with strong leadership abilities
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff
Knowledge of budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling procedures
Ability to negotiate with vendors and oversee purchasing activities
Customer service orientation with excellent phone etiquette skills
Competence in marketing strategies to promote store products and services
Supervising experience with a focus on team management and sales growth
Analytical mindset with strong math skills for inventory control and financial reporting
