Mango, fondee a Barcelone, en Espagne, est une marque de mode internationalement reconnue qui concoit, fabrique et commercialise des vetements et accessoires pour femmes, hommes et enfants, avec plus de 2700 magasins dans 115 marches.





Dans le cadre de nos projets d'expansion au Canada, nous recherchons un Responsable Magasin experimente, energique et passionne de mode. Ce poste releve directement du directeur de district et vous serez responsable de diriger l'equipe du magasin.





En tant que Responsable Magasin chez MANGO, vous devez etre un leader exceptionnel capable de motiver, inspirer et developper l'equipe du magasin pour maximiser les ventes et les profits, creer un environnement de travail exceptionnel et garantir une experience client extraordinaire pour chaque client.





Le Responsable Magasin est responsable de la supervision de la reussite financiere du magasin, en garantissant des experiences client positives, en demontrant une forte capacite a atteindre les objectifs de vente individuels et les objectifs metriques, en stimulant la croissance rentable des ventes totales et en coachant les associes du magasin pour fournir systematiquement aux clients une experience d'achat exceptionnelle. Le directeur de magasin comprend les principaux moteurs commerciaux et ajuste l'entreprise en consequence.

Le Responsable magasin doit demontrer un ensemble de competences/qualites qui l'etablissent en tant que leader au sein du magasin. Le Responsable de magasin est capable de prendre des decisions complexes. Lorsqu'il prend des decisions complexes, le Responsable de magasin planifie, fixe des priorites et utilise une forte qualite de decision. Adaptabilite : Reste flexible et adaptable et peut gerer l'ambiguite. Le directeur de magasin est resilient et garde son sang-froid dans toutes les situations.
Le Responsable magasin peut effectuer d'autres taches connexes selon les besoins de l'entreprise, de la direction sur le terrain, et surtout en ce qui concerne le service client.





Description du poste





Le Responsable doit :





Fournir et garantir des experiences client legendaires de maniere constante. Etablir la satisfaction client. Encadrer, developper et maximiser le succes de tous les associes. Etablir des attentes et garantir la responsabilite. Maximiser le potentiel de vente en encadrant les comportements des associes sur le plancher de vente et en coulisses. Construire une equipe qui travaille bien ensemble en fonction des besoins du magasin. Recruter, embaucher et gerer le personnel. Assurer la formation de l'equipe des associes. Analyser les affaires et creer des plans d'action. Communiquer efficacement avec/vers l'equipe. Diriger/executer les politiques/pratiques de l'entreprise. Diriger le flux de marchandises. Garantir des normes visuelles et de marchandisage et une experience en magasin positive. Gerer les depenses controlables. Maintenir les procedures Mango. Prevention des pertes et securite.



Competences/Experiences requises





Minimum de (3-5) ans d'experience dans un environnement de vente au detail de mode rapide. Experience anterieure en gestion des ventes. Capacite demontree a atteindre les objectifs de vente individuels et les objectifs metriques. Capacite prouvee a generer des resultats de vente, capable d'analyser les rapports de vente, d'identifier les tendances commerciales et de reagir rapidement aux besoins de l'entreprise. Aisance a prendre des decisions et a resoudre les conflits dans un environnement d'equipe. Capacite a traiter des problemes complexes et a allouer du temps pour executer plusieurs taches et priorites changeantes. Competences interpersonnelles, de communication et de service a la clientele exceptionnelles. Capacite a identifier/evaluer les meilleurs talents et a former/developper/retentionner des personnes exceptionnelles. Capacite a travailler selon un horaire flexible (qui inclut les nuits, les fins de semaine et les jours feries). Capacite a se pencher, a soulever, a ouvrir et a deplacer des produits et des fixtures jusqu'a 50 lb, au besoin. Capacite a monter sur des escabeaux et des echelles. Capacite a rester/debout pendant de longues periodes. Dexterite manuelle et coordination main-oeil. Capacite a se deplacer vers d'autres emplacements de magasin (si necessaire) et a assister aux reunions de district. Ce poste implique des deplacements constants, des discussions, de l'ecoute, des reunions, des saisies et une station debout pendant de longues periodes. Peut parfois impliquer de se pencher, de s'agenouiller, de s'accroupir. Capacite a travailler en equipe. Capacite a communiquer efficacement avec les clients, les pairs et la direction.

As part of our expansion plans in Canada, we are looking for an experienced, energetic, and fashion-passionate Store Manager. This position reports directly to the District Manager and you will be responsible for leading the store team.

Responsibilities





Store Managers are required to:





Provide and ensure legendary customer experiences consistently. Establish Customer Satisfaction. Coach, Develop and maximize the success of all associates. Sets expectations and ensures accountability. Maximize sales potential by coaching associates' behaviors on the sales floor and in the back room. Build a team that works well together based on the needs of the store. Recruit, hire and staff. Ensure training of the associate team. Analyze business and create action plans. Communicate effectively with/to team. Direct/execute company policies/practices. Direct merchandise flow. Ensure visual & merchandising standards and a positive in-store experience. Manage controllable expenses. Maintain Mango Procedures. Loss Prevention and Safety.



Required Skills/Experience





Minimum of (3-5) years of experience in a fast-fashion retail environment. Prior sales management experience. Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics. Proven ability to drive sales results, able to analyze selling reports, identify business trends, and react quickly to the needs of the business. Comfort in making decisions and mediating conflict within a team environment. Ability to address complex issues and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to identify/assess top talent and train/develop/retain great people. Proficient in Windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work a flexible schedule (which includes nights, weekend and holiday availability). Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed. Ability to climb step stools and ladders. Ability to stand/walk for long periods at a time. Possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to travel to other store locations (if needed) and attend district meetings. This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for long periods of time. Ability to work as a team. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management.
