Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, ensuring the well-being and health of our animals. In addition to animal husbandry, you\'ll also be involved in: \xe2\x9c\x93 Animal Husbandry: Caring for livestock, including feeding, health monitoring, and implementing rotational grazing practices. \xe2\x9c\x93 Carpentry: Building and repairing structures, barns, and fences. \xe2\x9c\x93 Fencing: Installing, maintaining, and repairing fences for livestock and crop protection. \xe2\x9c\x93 Mechanics: Performing routine maintenance on farm machinery and equipment. \xe2\x9c\x93 Butchering: Assisting with livestock processing, meat preparation, and raw dog food production. \xe2\x9c\x93 Trailer Hauling: Safely transporting farm equipment, feed, and livestock. \xe2\x9c\x93 Welding: Repairing and fabricating metal components as needed. \xe2\x9c\x93 Machine Operation: Operating and maintaining various agricultural machinery. \xe2\x9c\x93 Agriculture: Assisting with planting, harvesting, and tending to crops using regenerative farming practices. Desired Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following skills and qualifications: \xe2\x9c\x93 Proficient in animal husbandry, carpentry, fencing, mechanics, butchering, trailer hauling, welding, machine operation, and agriculture. \xe2\x9c\x93 Prior experience in farming, particularly in animal husbandry and livestock care. \xe2\x9c\x93 Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing situations. \xe2\x9c\x93 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \xe2\x9c\x93 Physical stamina and ability to work in all weather conditions. \xe2\x9c\x93 Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
