Duties

Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops. Perform irrigation duties to ensure crops receive adequate water supply. Conduct basic maintenance on equipment and tools as needed. Engage in heavy lifting and physical labor as required for farm operations. Follow safety protocols while operating and working in the field. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Requirements

Basic math skills for measuring and calculating crop yields. Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday. Experience with power tools and hand tools is preferred. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues is a plus. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is advantageous. Previous experience in gardening or farming is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
