Job Title: Seasonal Farm Worker

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Seasonal Tractor Driver and Farm Worker to assist with agricultural operations during our busy season. The role involves operating tractors and farm machinery safely and efficiently, along with performing general farm labor tasks. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with previous agricultural experience.

Duties:

Operate tractors and implements for field work involving hay, spreading manure, and harvesting crops Conduct basic maintenance and daily safety checks on machinery Support other farm duties which could include working with dairy cows
Qualifications:

Valid driver's license Previous experience operating tractors and farm machinery is mandatory Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work early mornings, some weekends, and flexible hours during peak season Reliable and punctual Willingness to learn and follow farm protocols Access to reliable transportation

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour
