---------Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning for crop growth and development Coordinate planting and cultivating activities Direct agricultural crops clipping activities Direct agricultural crops deleafing activities Direct farm grooming activities Implement soil fertility programs Organize planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings Manage overall operation of farm Establish marketing programs Maintain financial and production records Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
