Farm Labourer Poultry Weekends

Job Description
Job Availability:
- Days worked will be every Saturday and Sunday
- Start date would be end of December 2023 or beginning of January 2024. The barn will be empty from September 2024 to end of November 2024, hours will then be available again.
- Hours are: 8am - 4 (End time does vary depending on barn chores
- Lunch break is fully paid.
- Broiler Breeder farm operation, full training is provided by the farm owner. You will be working solo or with one other person
- You will be regularly walking in the barn with the hens and roosters
- Standing and gathering eggs for extended periods
- Sorting and cleaning eggs
- End of day cleaning
- $20/hr for weekends
- Returning bonus provided at start of each flock, yearly automatic wage increases
- If federal holiday is worked, 1 1/2 time paid
Contract length: 10 months Salary: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 \xe2\x80\x93 18 per week Schedule:
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
Expected start date: 2024-01-06
