Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various painting techniques and a strong understanding of painting processes. This role involves working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using spray equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various environments. Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality.

Experience

Proficiency in painting techniques for both residential and commercial projects. Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics for accurate execution of tasks. Experience with rigging for safe handling of materials at heights or in complex environments. Excellent time management skills to balance multiple projects effectively. Strong communication skills for interacting with team members. Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
