Family Therapy Services (FTS)
is one of the many services offered by New Directions. Family Therapy Services provides therapy, consultation, psychoeducation, and advocacy to support families through a range of programs. These include: Family Therapy, Families Affected by Sexual Assault, Making Sense of Trauma, Childcare Attachment and Relationship Education, and Bridge Pilot Project. FTS is also a training site for staff working in the social services field and for university students completing their practicums (i.e., Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work and other related professions).
We are currently seeking a Resource Administrator for the Childcare Attachment and Relational Education (CARE) program to join the Administrative Resource Group in Family Therapy Services.
Job responsibilities include
(but are not limited to)
Data entry and processing for tracking.
Evaluation, and reporting.
Development of tracking templates and forms.
Scheduling (i.e., to match facilitator availability and groups, facilitator training, groups, mentoring sessions, and workshops).
Tracking (i.e., facilitator training and payment, contact lists, trainings and workshops).
Maintenance of tracking and schedule systems.
Maintenance of SharePoint files and training of users (staff, facilitators) on SharePoint, excel, and PowerPoint.
Participation in staff meetings.
The successful Candidate will have:
Post-secondary degree involving education on information development and management systems.
Minimum of 2 years' experience and proficiency using computers including Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint, internet applications, operating systems, troubleshooting, basic programming languages, creation of data base and reports
Good time management practices including accountability, record keeping and administrative skills.
Information technology (IT) training and knowledge and/or experience of Early Childhood Education system are considered assets.
The salary range for this 70-hour bi-weekly position is $18.31 to $24.72 per hour, dependent upon education and/or experience. A full benefits package (which includes Health, Dental, and Long-Term Disability Benefits)is provided to all full-time, regular employees.
The successful candidate will be subject to Criminal Record, Child/Adult Abuse Registry, and Prior Contact checks.
