The Queensdale Clinic

is seeking an organized, professional, and team-oriented

Administrative Assistant

to support the daily operations of our three physician family practice. This role combines hands-on, patient-facing responsibilities with a variety of administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive experience for both patients and staff.

Job Tasks

Act as the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and supportive environment. Manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes, routing information promptly to the appropriate physician or nurse. Maintain clinic schedules and assist with booking and appointment management in the EMR. Handle mail collection and distribution. Promote a healthy, communicative, and supportive workplace culture.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
