Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission into, and good standing with, the Law Society of Ontario (LSO). Proven experience in family law and/or civil litigation. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements. Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw. Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Previous experience in a law office setting is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
