You will gain a deep understanding of the full spectrum of marketing and communications tools a brand can use to engage and connect with customers to drive sales and brand affinity.Specifically, you'll be responsible for localizing product packaging, translating supporting materials and working with cross functional teams to create go-to-market plans for upcoming product launches.Duties and Responsibilities:Brand Marketingxc2xb7 Assist in the development of brand strategies that align overall business goals and objectives.xc2xb7 Coordinate with cross-functional teams to build marketing campaigns inclusive of PR, social media, paid media, retail marketing, and more.xc2xb7 Participate in campaign briefing sessions with agencies.xc2xb7 Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign content is consistent with the brand identity and messaging across all touchpoints.xc2xb7 Partner with sales and SS&A teams to ensure marketing teams are planning against accurate forecasts and timelines.xc2xb7 Gather, analyze and share out key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand health, sales performance, and customer engagement.xc2xb7 Managing library of brand assets and ensure consistent use across all channels.xc2xb7 Manage work-back schedule and ensure cross-functional teams are hitting campaign planning milestones.xc2xb7 May be required to participate in brand events (ie: event set-up, handing out samples, etc.)Commercializationxc2xb7 Collaborate with Program Management, Product Development, Brand Marketing and Creative teams on the localization and translation of all marketing materials for our Canadian SKUs. This includes: Packaging, User Guides, Stickers, Shipping Boxes, Online Product Pages, Digital Content and more.xc2xb7 Partner with SS&A teams and provide all necessary information required to kick off Canadian SKUs.xc2xb7 Update Active Launch Tracker and provide consistent updates to relevant stakeholders.xc2xb7 Ensure that teams are aligned on timing for new product launches, from inception to launch.Education and Experience:xc2xb7 Working towards a degree, diploma or certificate in: Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business, or Project Managementxc2xb7 Familiarity with Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and Adobe Suitexc2xb7 Proven understanding and experience working around marketing strategy and executionxc2xb7 Extremely organized and proven project management skillsxc2xb7 Reading and writing in French would be considered an assetOur CultureAt SharkNinja, we don't just raise the bar-we push past it every single day.
