Duties & Responsibilities
Applicants should have 20+ years of experience in this field in British Columbia, with specific career examples related to valuation and appraisal in both the residential and commercial sectors. They will also have a minimum of two years of experience teaching adults in a post-secondary (for credit) environment. Full qualifications are listed below.

QUALIFICATIONS
Marketing credential preferred; BCIT business diploma an asset.
20+ years' extensive valuation experience across residential, commercial, and industrial properties in BC, including leadership of complex income-producing and development assignments and preparation of reports compliant with CUSPAP.
Long-tenure public-sector valuation background demonstrating leadership in residential, commercial, industrial, and investment properties.
Instructional experience at a polytechnic or similar applied institution required.
An established network of relevant Real Estate contacts in the Lower Mainland, British Columbia, and beyond.
Excellent English-language communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a collegial environment.
