We are seeking a dedicated Factory Worker to join our team in Shomberg. In this role, you will play a vital part in the production process, contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch hardwood flooring. Your efforts will directly impact the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport materials Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment Participate in the manufacturing process, ensuring quality standards are met Assemble flooring products with precision and attention to detail Use hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times

Qualifications

Proven experience as a factory worker or in a similar role Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills Familiarity with manufacturing processes and assembly techniques Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely Experience using hand tools and power tools Previous warehouse experience is an asset Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a team environment
