Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment Perform minor repairs on appliances Perform safety and security checks Work with minimal supervision Repair or replace defective machinery parts Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications Perform scheduled maintenance and minor repairs on equipment Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions Perform routine maintenance work on machinery Perform pre-operational inspection
