We are currently growing our vibrant team! We are seeking a

Factory Labourer

to contribute to our manufacturing process in our packaging department.

Work Schedule:

Expected hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00AM - 4:00PM 37.5 hours per week

Primary job duties include:

Operating air-powered machinery to pour products into various sized containers Seal, label, and package the day's production into boxes Place packaged goods into inventory for fulfillment Wash and clean machines, workstations, and pails as required Regularly handle up to 20lbs to lift and transfer packages and containers to and from carts between workstations and factory shelves Handle pails up to 70lbs when setting up for pouring new batches with the assistance of carts Track and ensure accuracy of production outputs, batch numbers, and labels Participate in ensuring cleanliness and organization of workstations, staging areas, and materials storage Contribute to our continuous improvement of processes and workflows through sharing ideas and day-to-day experiences

Other requirements:

Strong in English, both verbal and written Must have own safety shoes; other PPE is provided

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
