Facilities Services Coordinator, Corporate Properties

As part of the Corporate Properties team, you will contribute to the tactical execution of our Head Office and Regional Office real estate program, on-going maintenance of our space, and exemplary day-to-day client service, ensuring the most effective use of resources, assets, and operational efficiencies with the overarching goal of a positive employee experience while in the workplace. Working alongside peers in Operations, Strategy and Change Management, Design, and Leasing teams the Facilities Services Coordinator will contribute to and execute on the vision of the future of the premises.

What you will do:

  • Schedule and coordinate project and relocation activities for Head Office and Regional Offices with our internal/external stakeholder partners (design, leasing, property management/landlords, IT, MAC vendors, etc.).
  • Responsible for supervision of, and determining resourcing of move, add, change (MAC) vendors as required to support daily and project activities.
  • Maintain tenant spaces at our London Head Office through refresh and repair of premises, recommending improvements.
  • Contribute to managing expense budgets, ensure vendors are following national contract rates, and timely processing of PO\'s/payment.
  • Conduct meetings with internal and external stakeholder partners, communicating with all levels in the organization including senior and executive management.
  • Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders in the event of an emergency, crisis, or incident response.
  • Provide exemplary customer service by supporting business requirements and timely completion of tenant requests.
  • Responsible for ensuring our space promotes a positive workplace experience and act as the first line of service for the London Head Office.

The base salary for this position is between $43,800- $ 72,900 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
