As a Facility Maintenance Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring our warehouse, offices, and production areas are not just clean, but among the cleanest in all of Canada. Your attention to detail and consistency will create a work environment that supports efficiency, safety, and pride for our entire team.

What You Will Do

Maintain staff kitchen areas: empty dishwasher, wash dishes, wipe surfaces, and organize the fridge. Maintain facility bathrooms: clean toilets, floors, mirrors, sinks, and countertops. Restock supplies across the facility: paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products. Keep an organized log of cleaning duties and supply ordering needs. Vacuum and clean office spaces to ensure a welcoming, professional environment. Clean and maintain the main production area for a spotless, safe workspace. Manage garbage, recycling, and cardboard breakdown. Wipe down production equipment, organize tools, and keep work areas dust-free. Assist departments with auxiliary tasks when needed (e.g., shipping products, applying labels).

+ Impeccable attention to detail. You take pride in spotless results.
+ Strong organizational habits to stay on top of multiple tasks.
+ Reliable and consistent work ethic.
+ Comfort working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to lift, bend, and carry moderate weights as part of daily tasks.

Nice-to-Have

+ Previous experience in custodial, janitorial, or facility maintenance work.
+ Willingness to learn and contribute to other parts of the business over time.
