This role requires travel to Yorkton, SK.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Provide clear and timely pest control notices to residents, ensuring all information is communicated effectively.
Follow up on notices to confirm resident understanding and compliance.
Conduct pre-inspections with residents to assess pest control needs and ensure proper preparation.
Support residents with guidance on necessary preparation steps for pest control treatments.
Perform unit inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
Be present onsite to facilitate pest control treatments and act as a key point of contact for residents.
Serve as a catalyst for successful pest control outcomes by fostering clear communication and efficient operations.
Execute follow-up actions one and two week after initial treatment to ensure effectiveness and resident satisfaction.
Collaborate with Residential Portfolio Managers, Regional Directors, and Regional Vice Presidents to coordinate service visits, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Maintain detailed records of notices, inspections, treatments, and follow-up actions for tracking and reporting purposes.
Assist with maintenance of the property, including snow removal, lawn maintenance, garbage collection and removal of large items as required.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
A valid driver's license, clean driver's abstract, and access to a reliable vehicle.
Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
Must be able to supply your own CSA steel-toed boots.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of pest control procedures and residential pest management an asset.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to interact with residents professionally and courteously.
