The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of building maintenance programs, ensuring the efficiency and reliability of all building systems, and supporting operational excellence across our network. This role requires a strong understanding of branch operations, a commitment to upholding our brand and design standards, and a focus on maintaining a safe and functional work environment for all employees.
The successful candidate will be accountable for preparing operating reports, budgets, and forecasts, while coordinating maintenance schedules and addressing facility-related issues and emergencies across our organizational footprint.
