Position Summary:


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Facilities Coordinator

to support the successful launch and ongoing operation of our new manufacturing site and regional properties. This role will be instrumental in coordinating day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to support facility readiness and long-term operational success.

Key Responsibilities



Site Setup & Support:



Assist in the setup, move-in, and ramp-up phases of the new manufacturing site. Coordinate installation and maintenance of equipment, utilities, and infrastructure. Ensure timely completion of punch-list items and support facility readiness for production.

Facilities Operations:



Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems. Schedule and supervise contractors and vendors for facility-related services. Monitor and manage janitorial, waste management, landscaping, and security services.

Health & Safety:



Support implementation of safety protocols and emergency preparedness plans. Conduct routine inspections and coordinate corrective actions for any facility-related safety hazards. Maintain compliance with OSHA, local building codes, and environmental regulations.

Asset Management & Procurement:



Maintain facility-related inventory including tools, supplies, and maintenance records. Manage work orders and preventative maintenance schedules. Assist in procurement of facility-related goods and services while monitoring budgets and costs.

Communication & Reporting:



Act as a liaison between facility contractors and internal departments. Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation. Provide regular reports on facility status, project updates, and maintenance needs.

Qualifications:



Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices. Proficient with facilities management software (e.g., CMMS), Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:



This position is primarily on-site at our manufacturing facility but will also involve travel to and coordination in our regional locations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
