Job Description
:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator for a long-term hybrid contract in Calgary, Alberta. This role supports day-to-day facility operations, vendor coordination, compliance, and stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Corrigo service requests and ensure timely task and invoice processing.
- Coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, landlords, and vendors.
- Supervise on-site contractors to ensure quality standards.
- Support vendor procurement and service sourcing.
- Handle financial tasks such as POs, accruals, and tracking.
- Carry out inspections, audits, and safety checks for compliance.
- Support risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Prepare management reports and support KPIs and SLAs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Self-motivated; able to work independently and in a team.
- Clean driving record and ability to travel.
- Familiarity with financial processes (POs, invoicing).
- Experience in risk management, auditing, and facility operations.
