What we are looking for:
This position requires a self-motivated professional who is efficient and adept at identifying and implementing solutions to improve operational effectiveness. Must ensure strictest level of confidentiality.
Essential Duties of Position:
Lawn care
Snow removal
Minor maintenance and repairs
Daily site inspections
Respond to service calls and emails from tenants
Qualifications and Experience:
Carpentry skills, general maintenance and repair skills, experience working in related field, own or have access to a vehicle. Effective communication skills both verbal and written. Competent using computers, tools, and machinery. Must be solutions focused and service oriented.
