1. Facial Specialist (Skin Care Focus)

2. Massage Therapist (Body Treatments)

Duties

Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage, tailored to individual client needs. Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their medical history to create personalized treatment plans. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized. Provide clients with information on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices. Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with company policies. Uphold professional standards of conduct while ensuring a relaxing environment for clients.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear understanding of client needs. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting is preferred but not mandatory.
