NOTE: We will not read resumes without a cover letter RESPONSIBILITIES As a Facebook Ads Manager, your time will be focused on generating leads through social advertising networks like Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin for clients in the home improvement industry across Canada & the US. You should already have a working knowledge of the Facebook Ads platform and understand the fundamentals of paid advertising. Your performance will be measured by your ability to successfully invest the client's advertising dollars with the objective of generating leads consistently and profitably. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who...

• Eats marketing blogs and podcasts for breakfast
• Is disciplined, strategic, acts with high integrity, and is hungry to make a difference
• Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Is analytical but doesn’t shy away from their creative side
• Has completed some level of college education
• Has 2-3 years of professional work experience (marketing-related is a plus!)
