You'll be working in a

job shop environment

-- meaning no two days are the same. Instead of repetitive production, you'll tackle

custom builds, repairs, retrofits, and one-off projects

for a variety of industries.

We're also looking for someone who can think like a

process engineer

-- analyzing how work gets done and finding better ways to do it. That means identifying bottlenecks, suggesting new tools or techniques, and improving efficiency without sacrificing quality.

Skills & Experience That Are a Plus:

Welding (MIG/TIG) and metal fabrication Plasma cutting and/or waterjet operation Fusion 360 or other CAD software for basic design & modification Experience with band saws, brake presses, CNC, and other fabrication tools General mechanical assembly skills with grinders, drills, wrenches, etc. Prior experience in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process engineering
