We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive body repair and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship. As a Body Shop Technician, you will be responsible for repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening. Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming. Mix and apply paint using spray guns and other painting equipment. Follow repair procedures and quality standards to ensure the integrity of repairs. Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on repair progress and addressing any concerns. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations. Assist with other tasks as needed, such as vehicle inspections and parts ordering.

Requirements:

Previous experience in automotive body repair. Proficiency with body repair tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. I-CAR or ASE certifications preferred, but not required.
