Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a

skilled Cabinetmaker/Fabricator

with a strong background in custom millwork, cabinetry, and exhibit/display fabrication. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a

fast-paced, detail-driven shop

and is passionate about building with precision and pride.

You should be a

versatile craftsperson

who can read shop drawings, operate machinery confidently, and see a project through from raw material to final installation.

Key Requirements:

5+ years' experience

in a cabinetmaking, millwork, or exhibit fabrication shop (exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered). Experience working with:

Sliding table saws, edgebanders, CNC routers

Various materials:

MDF, melamine, particle board, laminate, acrylics, metals

Laminating, cabinet finishing, and detailing

Ability to read and interpret

technical drawings, blueprints, and cut lists

. Familiarity with

CNC machining and CAD/CAM workflows

is an asset. Hands-on experience with

assembly, hardware installation, and finishing techniques

. Able to work independently and manage project timelines in a deadline-driven shop. Physically capable of lifting up to

60 lbs

and comfortable with a variety of manual tasks. Valid Ontario

driver's license

required (G class minimum). Excellent attention to detail and quality control. Positive attitude and

strong team-player mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

Fabricate components from shop drawings and cut lists Operate table saw, CNC machine, edgebander, hand tools, and more Assemble custom cabinets, displays, and exhibit components Assist in occasional

on-site installations or deliveries

Maintain clean and organized shop environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Experience:
