Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be able to read and interpret blueprints, use power tools and hand tools to create custom cabinets, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their craft and is committed to producing quality work.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up and operate woodworking machinery and tools, such as saws, routers, and sanders Cut, shape, and assemble wood pieces to build cabinets and furniture according to blueprints and design specifications Ability to work with sheet goods, veneers and solid wood Install hardware, such as hinges, drawer slides Collaborate with team members, including designers and other cabinet makers, to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction
Experience / Skills:

Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools Skilled in operating woodworking machinery and hand tools Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and time management skills Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a shop environment Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work Posses strong problem-solving and creative skills to develop custom designs and solutions
