We're searching for an Eyewear Associate who shares our love of design, craftsmanship, and meaningful customer connections.

As our Eyewear Associate, you'll be the face of the boutique -- guiding patients through a one-on-one styling experience that helps them discover frames they truly love. You'll combine your eye for fashion, understanding of facial features, and attention to detail to make every visit memorable.

Responsibilities:

Welcome patients warmly and create a comfortable, confidence-building shopping experience. Offer personalized frame styling based on each patient's features, lifestyle, taste and recommended lens design. Share your knowledge about independent eyewear brands, frame materials, and lens options in a friendly, accessible manner. Collaborate with our optician to ensure each patient's prescription and fit are perfect. Keep the boutique beautifully presented. Build lasting relationships with patients and help foster our growing community of eyewear lovers. Support day-to-day operations in all areas such as sales transactions, inventory updates, appointment scheduling, and preliminary testing.

Beneficial Skills and Requirements:

Optical experience is REQUIRED, Opticianry experience considered an asset Must have excellent customer service skills Must be extremely detail orientated Familiarity with the program Visual Eyes considered an asset Sales experience considered an asset Passionate about eyewear, and the retail industry Great at communicating clearly and effectively verbally and in written communication
