What You'll Be Doing

As the face of our practice, you'll:

Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, creating a standout in-clinic experience Assist patients in choosing stylish, functional eyewear based on their vision needs and personal style Educate patients on lenses and product options--no experience required, we train you! Coordinate with our optometrists to ensure prescriptions and patient needs are fully understood Verify insurance coverage and process claims accurately Help with frame adjustments, repairs, and quality checks Keep the clinic clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised

What We're Looking For

Open to learning the optical side of things--we'll train you from the ground up Tech-savvy and comfortable using point-of-sale systems, email, and patient management software Interest in

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
