Our team is committed to listening and working with each client individually to create a new beauty standard that leaves each client feeling refreshed and the best version of themselves. Expectations:

- Perform eyelash extension services to clients, including application, maintenance, and removal
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or questions
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance of eyelash extensions and services provided
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client's experience
- Be willing to learn new skills, further expanding your knowledge and services
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and processing payments

Experience:

- 1 year previous experience as an eyelash specialist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Sales experience in a retail environment is a plus
- Knowledge of different types of eyelash extensions classic, mascara wet set, hybrid, and volume as well as multiple application techniques preferably "OTS = on the strip method"
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour
