Provide clients with personalized consultations to determine their desired look and recommend appropriate services. Maintain accurate records of client services and preferences to ensure repeat satisfaction. Assist with retail sales by promoting and upselling products that complement eyelash services. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and processing payments. Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions to provide clients with innovative options.

Skills

Proficient in eyelash extension application techniques and knowledgeable about various styles and products.
