As an Eyelash Extension Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of lash services, including classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions, to meet the growing demand of our clientele. You will play a key role in our team, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate lash styles and techniques. Perform high-quality lash extension applications, fills, and removals. Educate clients on proper aftercare and recommend retail products to ensure the longevity of their lash extensions. Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety protocols. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records. Stay current with the latest trends and techniques in the eyelash industry. Provide an outstanding client experience, building a loyal and trusting relationship with each client.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Eyelash Extension Technician with a strong portfolio of work. Certification in eyelash extension application from a recognized institution. Expertise in various lash techniques (classic, hybrid, and volume). Meticulous attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. A professional demeanor and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
