Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking reliable, skilled and detail-oriented Extrusion Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion machinery, ensuring the production of high-quality products while adhering to safety and efficiency standards. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform quality inspections throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

Operate extrusion machinery, including setting up and adjusting equipment as needed. Conduct quality inspections on finished products using tools such as calipers and other measuring devices. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment and comply with 5S program. Utilize hand tools, input data using scanners. Follow lean manufacturing principles to improve production efficiency. Maintain accurate records of production output and quality metrics. Compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as an Extrusion Operator or similar role. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand and operate logic controllers. Experience with quality inspection processes and tools, including calipers. Ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment. Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices is desirable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. Must be able to effectively communicate, read, and write in English. Ability to work long hours, hardworking, and have a willingness to learn.
